We are bombarded with choices every day. Everywhere we go. Whether you want a car, a holiday or a jar of pasta sauce, there are a lot to choose from.
A google search this week for an “easy recipe for raspberry pie” (my 7-year-old had just been watching the Junior Bake Off and wanted to ‘have a go’!) gave us no less than 1.5 million results to choose from.
Savvy business owners never forget that their customers have a lot of other businesses to choose from.
So how do you stand out from the crowd?

And my search for a raspberry pie recipe was no exception.
Which one did we go with? The one that started, “My mum makes the best raspberry pie in the world …” of course.
